Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Because of that, our cancelation policy begins with one "freebee". If you no call / no show or cancel your appointment without a 24 hour advanced notice, the first time you will receive a reminder of our cancelation policy but with no fee. After that the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. (Please be aware that we work on a commission based income, so if we don't end up working on you, we don't make any money). If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a 50% fee of the service that you had scheduled. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to not show up to their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full fee of the service they had scheduled for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We try to schedule a 15 minute grace period for when these things happen, but with a busy schedule that might not always be feasible. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
